Nicole Jay began working with injury rehabilitation and strengthening
in high school when she worked with the sports medicine program, dealing
with football, rugby, basketball and other sports related injuries. In
2007 Nicole graduated from Edmonton College of Swedish Relaxation
Massage with a Diploma of Massage Therapy. Her massage training
included: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports and Chair Massage, Trigger
Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnant and Infant Massage, and
Myofascial release. Nicole is a member of the Natural Health
Practitioners of Canada.
In her field, Nicole enjoys working on work or motor vehicle related
injuries. She has special interest in improving awareness of posture
and encourages stretching and movement.
In her free time, Nicole loves giving her time to working with children as
well as spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys
snowboarding, volleyball, and fun new
adventures and challenges.
